The Goddess Puja is a safe way to open your heart and connect to other women in guided exercises. Puja means “devotional worship” and this evening is dedicated to honoring the Goddess within. The evening is designed to be heart opening, fun and nurturing.

Ariel Anastasia has been a facilitator of Pujas for 3 years and influenced by the healing arts her entire life! Receiving her first energetic healing certification at age 8, with traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, Ariel began studying the healing arts. Receiving extensive training at the Esalen Institue in Big Sur, Ariel has explored powerful modalities ranging from Traditional Shamanism, to the Rubenfeld Synergy method of Talk & Touch, to the 16 Elements of Ecstasy, to Gestalt Processing. She has completed Tantric Priestess initiations in San Diego, Trance Dance facilitation in Sedona, Sexual Shaman training in Tucson, and initiations with Masters world wide. Annually presenting at Empowered Sexuality conferences, Ariel gives her students permission to come into their full expression in a safe & nurturing environment.
