Tantra Puja

Come experience what people in San Diego are buzzing about—a Tantra Puja! Tantra is simply the Art of Being Human, offering tools and guidance on how to gracefully thrive in your day to day life.

Tantra Puja is a safe way to open your heart and connect to others in guided Tantric exercises. Puja means devotional worship, and over the course of the evening you will have time and space to come into transformational devotion within your heart while sharing this energy with others. The evening is designed to be heart opening and nurturing.

This is a station Puja, which means it’s a rotation event where you have an opportunity to practice with other participants at the event. This event is not geared towards gender balance, so you may work with a combination of partners. If you come with a partner and prefer to work with only each other, this is also an option! You will be giving and receiving throughout the evening. Stations might include things like soul gazing, massage, guided light touch, intimate conversation, heart opening exercises, movement, sound healing and more!

The intention is to hold sacred, safe space to explore and transform while witnessing this in others, building acceptance, trust and love for yourself and community. Remember, you don't need to know Tantra to attend as you will be guided the whole time!


If you register before February 16th This event is only $25 for singles and $45 if you come in a pair!

Space is limited and prices will go up to: to $33 for singles and $50 for pairs.


*Please wear comfortable clothes and bring cushions and blankets to make a comfortable nest on the floor.
