Open Channel

            I’ve danced as a mystic. I’ve had the opportunity to be the oracle, channeling infinite wisdom from the one-source of all beings. I have let go past death, surrendering my breath to wake in watery depths on the other side. Beyond the illusion of what we’re told is real lays the present moment. Here we can open to the realm of infinite possibilities and begin to unleash the raw expression of our soul. Words are merely a reflection of where we resonate in any given moment. When you speak, is there power behind each word, each breath? You may feel disconnected and see how there is no sense to this game of life. We exist in a sate of chaos, nothing is sacred. This is true, and it is a choice to live from this place. Fantasize for just a moment about what it would look like on the other side of this coin. What if everything was connected, every person a thread in a beautiful loom being woven into the fabric of existence? What if every moment existed as an opportunity for awakening, breathing as an invitation to experience the sacred?

            Put aside your beliefs. You won’t die without knowledge, in fact this is where life thrives—in the innocent realm behind belief or thought. You must find avenues of exploring the sea shore in order to dive into the void, allowing the current to carry you through the waves, beyond the break, out to sea. From the unknown night all great stars are born and you are the same. Your greatest hour is born out of your deepest despair. From despair comes your voice, you must love yourself in your darkest hour in order to find the light. Love yourself through the fire and the beginning of inspiration will take hold of your soul. You will feel your being as an extension of the cosmic spirit uniting all of existence. This will require you to slow down and acknowledge every single step you take. When a baby takes his first step—we all see the beauty of this moment—how do we lose the faith and stop witnessing this magic along the way? Remember that you have nothing to prove, no where to go, nothing to do.

            You are an expression of the divine as long as you allow yourself to flourish in the grace of light and self love. Light exists as saying yes to this moment, with gratitude anchoring you to each breath you take. No one can ever offer you what you are unwilling to receive. Pristine mirrors manifested through powerful union and relationships can only serve you if you are willing to look into their silvery depths. Mirror mirror on the wall—am I willing to see my reflection every day? Am I willing to be a channel for the divine, knowing that I mirror others’ insecurities and darkest fears? Can I find the courage to wake up every day and love my body into strength and flexibility? Bring water into your branches—stale trees break and crumble. Remain limber as you grow tall. You cannot fall off your path, but you can and will fall down. How quickly do you love yourself into rising once more? The labor of love is no labor at all if you return to your essence and remember your inherent talent at absorbing and sourcing love.

             Sourcing love is like sourcing money or anything else. If you believe there is not enough of it, it shall be so. If you truly tune into yourself and see that you are an infinite expression of love—that you were, are, and always will be nothing but love—now you can invite this into every moment of your life. Death loves this life. It is always waiting to embrace us at the end of the road. To die each day will liberate you to be born each day as well. To bring a sacred practice of dying in your every day, in each waking moment—this is a high path and one of perfection. Perfection simply because you are free to meet your highest form in any given moment. You are an authentic channel for God and as such you remember. Forget “don’t forget,” simply remember. When you find a gem, feel its magic and then let go. You have love in your life as long as you receive the love you offer yourself. You attract that which you need to learn. You need learn nothing but being an innocent child once again.

            Being told to shape up will shape down, bringing you to low vibrations, yet being acknowledged for your divine perfection right NOW will inspire cultivation and stamina to last a lifetime.
