*** WHAT IS INFINITE ESSENCE? *** Infinite essence is a shape shifter, it means one thing in one moment and may transform in the next. It is both beyond our literal comprehension and so familiar we know it without describing it. It is living in every moment we observe it and in those that we don't. Infinite essence,what does it evoke in you? Where does it lead your mind, how does it resonate in your heart, what does it make you feel? This is truly the core of Infinite Essence. Infinite Essence is truth. It is the root of the most basic level of our being. It is the timeless portion of us that is miraculously contained within a time-bound body. It is the eternal, yes the infinite part of us that has come through past life times, dimensions, realms and universes, that which will always exist. When you look in a newborn's eyes, is there anything communicated in that piercing gaze other than pure truth? Pure soul? Pure Infinite Essence shining through, reaching out to find yours? Infinite essence, rather than try to fit it into a comprehensible definition that your mind concocts, repeat it to yourself and then breathe, relaxing into the silence that ensues. From this stillness let the silence bare whatever meaning Infinite Essence holds for you right now, alive in this moment. ***INFINITE ESSENCE, TRUE HEALING*** Beginning in this moment coming alive. Awakening to the truth that is already living in you. Not waiting another moment for someone else to show you the "right way" to go. Knowing that you are perfect in this moment in your imperfection, realizing it is no mistake that you are human�breathing, feeling, thinking and searching. Receive the truth that you are right on track exactly where you are, there is nowhere else to go, except within. You may feel lost, go within. Who is it that feels lost? "There is no self," and "there is only self," are two ways of expressing the same truth, go within. Only after communicating with what is infinite and divine in you, will you find the same divinity in the universe surrounding you. Find what's true in you. Breathe into this truth. Let this truth have its way with you. Understand that this truth is completely compassionate, it may challenge or scare you, it may disgust or infuriate you, it may feel like living in your truth will be the thing that breaks you, yet that's part of the unconditional compassion that your inner truth offers, giving it all to you without any filtration, modification or illusion. Letting you have it all because that is what the infinite essence of your higher self has come here to find: truth. There is nothing compassionate about sweet lies or illusion, no matter how comfortable or easy they seem. Real compassion lies in truth, and truth can only be found within, in your Infinite Essence. ***************************** Enlightenment & The Body The only way to comprehend the toils of the body is to be embodied. Occupying the body is a path to enlightenment. The dark shell that is the body is humbly assisting the evolution of consciousness. The body, which cannot reach enlightenment or exit this time bound realm is utterly essential in supporting our infinite essence in the enlightenment process. Consciousness has a way reflecting back on itself only through the embodiment process. The body is a clumsy earth bound creature, utterly devoted to serving the soul within. The body is the most gracious host in existence and we have a responsibility to be gracious guests. We, these infinite wise beings, must respect the earth & the realm of the body. We must listen when our body speaks to us, for our body is our guide. Even in our divine wisdom we need the earthly wisdom of the body to guide us into alignment with divinity. The body doesn't lie for it only has to process what it experiences. The body is our dark guide, it speaks to us at all times, yet it is our job to listen. Break the patterns of badgering the body, unappreciative of all it offers. If you try to ignore or transcend the body without listening, you are also transcending the earthly enlightenment you so crave. Remember that the body is our earthly guide towards enlightenment. If we were designed to ignore this body we inhabit, we wouldn't have a body. Our body is simple, and yet it is profoundly wise in its simple needs and truthful guidance. The signals of the body can be ignored for so long that eventually it breaks down--what to do at this point? Abuse the body further for "letting you down?"� This often happens and yet upon re-inspection, you might find that it is this slave-master-experience-hungry-infinite part of you that has betrayed the body by not listening. Without respecting or being guided by the body you prevent it from fulfilling its purpose of guiding you through life. Learn from the body by exhibiting patience, nurturing and support for this vessel, as it continually does for you in every breath you take. For a path towards enlightenment as human beings we must first enter a co creative partnership with the body. We must respect the body's guidance, we must listen when it speaks to us, and we must respect what it needs. As humans we are in the body's domain until it dies, and we must cherish and exude gratitude for this vessel. If we don't consciously make time for the body, then the body will reach a point where it has to make time for itself. This often manifests through illness. By forming a highly receptive relationship with our body we can live aligned with inner guidance, supporting the body to be the most radiant, healthy, supportive vessel it can be. As we listen, it becomes easier to hear what the body is telling us. Yet when we can't hear those muffled cries we mustn't give up! We must clean our bodies; nourishing them, moving them, opening them to enter silence and breath. We must listen so wholly until we make space enough for the body to be heard, alerting us to our next aligned step towards physical and spiritual enlightenment. -Ariel White Fall 2006 *** AFFIRMATIONS *** As within, so with out, look within, finding truth inside, I'm magnetized towards truth outside of me and towards illusions that I recognize as such. I gravitate towards the inner sanctuary in my womb space and now I find this peace wherever I am, noisy streets or empty temple. I stand in my own power and radiance and am able to share this with others without begrudging them for their own divine brilliance. I celebrate the radiant beings around me and assist in their own awakening. I hold my heart and womb space with gratitude and reverence, humbled by having two such channels that in their wisdom, let go, continually making room for more experience and truth to come through. I let my ego speak her fears as she tries to train my heart and womb into abandoning their true natures, by holding on to experiences that can't be kept, to people that can't be owned and to emotions that naturally transform. I thank her for her presence that reminds me that I am in fact human, and then I gently release her, letting my inner essence guide me to my truth, letting my heart and womb flourish in their inherent artfulness. Letting them thrive as the clear channels that they always have been, are and will be. I breathe. I dance. I sing. I indulge in all the things that connect me to my infinite essence, to my soul to my truth. I may begin by consciously breathing or dancing or singing, but after a while I pass the reigns over to my higher self, letting her dance or sing or breathe in exactly the fashion that's true in every moment. Right now, I'm writing. I close my eyes and I type, I go within--she's listening and guiding, simultaneously, at every moment--and ever so often I stop to listen, I step out of time to be still with this infinite being that connects me to truth. And these are the moments I live for. *** POEMS *** Beloved Blessings cherished child of the earth. Truly you are beloved beyond time and space.
